Our Promise to You

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

 

1. Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns

You may return most unused items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided that:

  • Items are in new, unused, and resalable condition

  • Items are in their original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase

Please note: Some bespoke or special-order items may be non-returnable. This will be clearly stated on the product page.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at info@adashopfittings.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We'll provide return instructions and a return address.

  3. Carefully package the item(s) to avoid damage in transit.

  4. Return the item using a tracked delivery service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund:

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to appear in your account

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

 

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographs of the issue where possible

  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Bespoke or custom-made items

  • Special-order products

  • Items that have been installed, used, or altered

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

 

5. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us. We will advise on stock availability and arrange the exchange once the original item is returned.
